by ALEX BARREDO & BROCK NEWMAN
It started as a vision and ended with an amazing team coming together to bring this vision to life. Jaden, pitched the idea by our staff and we were all on board. After hearing about the vision and the opportunity to work together again, the whole production team formed.
The inspiration for this creative project was to keep a classic & elegant vintage aesthetic from the location, to the wardrobe and styling to take our viewers back in time.
The location for this project was at the Arundel Mansion in New Westminster. A Hotel-styled vintage building with suites that were built in 1910 and with the warmth & character of the early 20th century. The suites and hallways had well-maintained antique furniture and wonderfully cared for dark grain wood.
The fashion in the early century entailed earthy color palettes but the key to rendering the vintage vibes we would focus on the tones & materials to give the full eccentric effect. With the main focus on rich satin rompers provided by Revossa Fashion with hints of classic lace lingerie pieces provided by Tease lingerie.
The production itself was a lot of fun. Amazing team! There were plenty of laughs as everyone has worked together before on a few occasions. From the models, to Alex and Brock, you definitely have not seen the last of them. More content to come, stay tuned!
