FASHION & STYLE

We wanted a sophisticated bad ass look with a touch of romance. Pairing black and white striped blazer from Top Shop with a red lace bra and wide leg pants from H&M pulled it off effortlessly. Although stripes are always in style, we rarely see them incorporated in the classic woman’s pantsuit. Adding a print was the perfect way to elevate this outfit from business casual to haute couture. A pair of classic wide leg pants and simple black pumps helped elongate Narley’s silhouette, while the red bra added a feminine yet daring touch to the ensemble. This outfit made Narley look trendy and in charge.

We found this beautiful gold silk dress completely by fluke at Top Shop and knew it would make Narley look like an exotic princess. The vibrant colour and silky fabric perfectly complimented her melanin-rich skin. What better way to complete this elegant boudoir inspired look than a diamond encrusted chocker designed by Montreal-based boutique Faux Boujie. Très chic!

When Seun (@ogs.portraits) said we would be shooting at One King West, we pictured a woman wearing a trench coat and nothing underneath ready to surprise her man. But to keep it classy, Sophie decided to pair Zara’s version of the classic Burberry trench coat with a skin tight black mermaid silk dress from H&M. The fun socks from Forever 21 added that extra sparkle. Everything came together making it a fashion-forward outfit .
